Hi everyone! I’ve been part of the Widmer End School team since September 2022 and now work as the School Operations Manager, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school behind the scenes. My role covers everything from operational planning and systems to working closely with staff, governors and partners to help ensure the school runs efficiently and safely for our children and families.

Before joining Widmer End, I ran my own successful administration business from home, which definitely explains my love of organisation and keeping things running like clockwork! I’m currently completing a Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship, which I’m thoroughly enjoying and which supports my work in improving systems and services across the school.

Outside of work, I’m a keen netball enthusiast; playing, coaching and umpiring. I’m Vice Chair of South Bucks Netball as well as Chairwoman of my adult netball club. When I’m not on court, you’ll usually find me dog walking, gardening, or happily cleaning and organising (yes, really!). I have two awesome children at Widmer End, a sassy little pooch, and a very forgiving husband.
