I became interested in the school when my grandson, now in Year 5, started in Reception, followed by my granddaughter now in Year 4. I would often bring them to school and pick them up and it seemed a natural progression for me to have some sort of role in the school. My work keeps me fit and active. I have been married for 49 years and have a grown-up son and daughter. I love reading, learning foreign languages and am attempting to write a novel.
